Shipping & Delivery
At RS-LAB, we are committed to ensuring fast, secure, and reliable delivery of your orders. Our primary shipping partners are DHL and CDEK, offering both domestic and international express services.
If you prefer to use your own courier account, please specify the carrier name and account number in your purchase order.
Please note:
- Shipping fees, customs duties, VAT, or any additional charges imposed by governmental authorities are the responsibility of the Buyer.
- RS-LAB reserves the right to adjust the shipping method, if necessary, to ensure safe and timely delivery.
We will provide full tracking information once your order has been dispatched. If you have specific shipping instructions or documentation requirements, please let us know when placing the order.
Payment Policy
All payments should be made via bank wire transfer (SWIFT). This is our preferred and only accepted method for international transactions.
Payment terms are determined on a case-by-case basis and will be agreed upon during the order confirmation process.
For new clients or first-time orders, prepayment is mandatory prior to order processing and shipment.
Please note that outstanding or overdue invoices may result in delayed release of subsequent shipments until the account is settled in full.

Pricing Information
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Written price quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Warranty Statement
At RS-LAB, we are committed to the timely delivery and quality assurance of all compounds we produce. Each product is warranted to meet the specifications stated on its label and in the accompanying Certificate of Analysis (CoA) at the time of shipment.
If a product does not meet the stated specifications upon delivery, We will address the issue at no additional cost. In cases where the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be provided.

Returns & Claims Policy
At RS-LAB, customer satisfaction and product quality are our highest priorities. If you experience any issues with your order, our Customer Support Team is here to assist you promptly and effectively.
Products that are proven to be defective or do not conform to the specifications stated in the Certificate of Analysis (CoA) may be eligible for a replacement at no additional cost, or a credit may be issued upon return of the goods.
To initiate a return or claim:
- All requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- Prior authorization from RS-LAB is required before any return shipment.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Please note:
- Under no circumstances will the replacement or credit exceed the original purchase price of the product.
- RS-LAB is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
